JAGUAR 420 - FROM 1968 WITH POWER STEERING AND OVERDRIVE: NO LONGER AVAILABLE

1968 Jaguar Sedan
Gearbox: Manual
Mileage: 103,500
Number of gears: 5
Number of doors: 4
We've owned this Jaguar for 15 years, it's originally Belgian and in very good condition.
Registered as a classic car, we enjoy this piece of design heritage from the British Jaguar factories.
The car has a manual transmission and overdrive. Steering is light thanks to the original hydraulic power steering. The 248 hp engine makes this classic Jaguar move smoothly. Braking is also effortless thanks to the 4-disc brakes, which are naturally equipped with brake assist.
In short, there are no technical defects that will hinder the carefree enjoyment and driving of this classic car.
All that's left to do is enjoy this magnificent Jaguar. We admire the beautiful interior inside. Other road users outside are delighted with our appearance and classy charisma. Spontaneous right-of-way, thumbs-up, and endearing glances are often ours!
The car comes from a Walloon family, whose father drove the Jaguar as a ceremonial car for a long time. The photo of the stylishly dressed gentleman and his classic Jaguar still hangs in the glove compartment.
After the death of this patron 15 years ago, the car languished in the family garage.
Finally, the heirs decided, with a heavy heart, to sell the Jaguar. We have taken good care of the car and have enjoyed it to this day.
In 2019, the Jaguar was professionally overhauled. The entire bodywork, engine, chassis, and interior were addressed. All the door seals were also replaced, and a significant amount of rust prevention was done to ensure the car will be in perfect condition for the next 10 years. This restoration was completed in December 2019.
