This is an extremely original MK11 dressed in it's origiinal colors from the factory. In fact it has 60% of it's original paint still on her since when new in '61.

It's a two owner car from new here in Colorado.

Body condition is excellent throughout with next to perfect panel fit!The interior front bottoms of the seats have been replaced in leather. Rest of interior is original as per "62. seatt have cracks from age and dryness. Even the carpets are original.Wood is in remarkable original condition with usual cracking on clear coat.

It is mechanically excellent but will need a service on transmission to stop leakage prior to driving any distance.Trans shifts very smooth. It Still has the original engine but is missing the air duct from air cleaner.Thats the original porcelin on manifolds!!! Body has minor rust only with no inner structural rust at all. Even jack points are rust free. No hidden sins in metal work on this one. Body is exceptionally clean to say least. There are a couple small dents.

Glass is all originlal TRiplex and in "as new" condition.I have the remainder trim for front windshield.

No tools. Original spare wire wheel.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
