Current bid $1,691, reserve not met, 15 bids, 5 days left in auction.

Sellers description:
1962 Jaguar Mark 10 Saloon 4-door sedan. It is in great running condition, we drove it and it runs perfectly.

The interior is in great condition; the seats are red leather and original to the car. All the woodwork inside is orginal to the car and is made of walnut. There are fold out picnic tables on the back of each front seat so that the people sitting in the backseats can have a place to put food and things.

This car is about 90% finished, meaning it might take a little bit of work but basically it's perfect. All the gauges work. All the parts (engine parts and such) are original to the Jaguar. There are some body dings and some scratches, maybe a little bit of other damage (which you can see in the above pictures) but I believe they will be very easy to fix. This car is extremely rare, they only made about 15 of these cars ever. Plus, it was owned by a famous musician: the orginal bass player of the Steve Miller Band; Lonnie Turner!

I cannot understand the representation that this is a rare car, only 15 having been made. This is absolute nonsense. I think the writer may be thinking of the linousine version, which is indeed rare

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
