Finished in Old English White with blue leather upholstery, this particular example is truly exceptional having covered just 12,000 miles from new. Supplied new by dealers A Freeman Ltd in June 1963, it has been in the current family ownership since 1966. Remarkably original it is little altered from new with just some minor repainting of the lowers edges of the bodywork in attempt to keep the car in good cosmetic order. Riding on silver painted wire wheels and benefiting from a period-fitted Webasto sunroof, it retains its original radio. Throughout the car’s history, it has been stored for long periods of time and driven for relatively short periods and the paperwork included with the car plots this story, with the original service book and various MOT test sheets making up the parts of the puzzle. This file further includes the original 1963 tax disc (expiring May 1964), the radio guarantee, the Webasto roof guarantee, the Jaguar Britax seat belt warranty to name but a few items. Furthermore, 9148 VM is offered for sale with its original buff logbook, maintenance manual, owner's handbook, service chart and wallet.
