A 1967 Jaguar 420G Saloon. Black with a brown leather interior. 35,000 miles showing on the odometer. A matching numbers car. Equipped with wire wheels. AC.

A very nice and straight body. Besides some rust on the passenger side sill it is overall solid underneath. The older paint has some imperfections as you can see in the pictures.

The interior is generally good but the bottom of the rear seat has some cracks and the back of the driver’s seat is worn. The wood is in excellent condition.

Mechanically the car runs and drives. It has been very well kept throughout the years by previous owners.

The automatic transmission shifts nice.

Comes with a spare wheel and factory original toolkit

An excellent original driver needing minor cosmetics.

Bob's comments:

Needs interior to be refreshed Seat covers are expensive

Paint need lots of touch-up OR to be repainted

Price is at least $14,000 too high in writers opinion.

Would want documentation for millage, Assume that odometer been around once from condition.

Rust repair (Sill) not cheap and requires painting. Easy color to match.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
