Ebay item 9/15/12
cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/JAGUAR-MK-II-1967-/280966626827
Current bid $10,100 reserve not met, 9 bids 9 days left in auction. 32k miles.

Sellers description;
1967 JAGUAR MK II, this car has been restored over the last 5 years and is a daily drive in town and on the road, has participated in many jaguar club rallys and concourse. The last concourse had a score of 9.948 in the driven class.
The paint is 2 years old and had a complete strip and repaint. The paint was wet sanded and polished out to a near perfect condition. The suspension was removed and rebuilt with new springs front and rear, all new bushings and bearings, new shocks. The diff. was rebuilt with new bearings and seals. The brakes were completely rebuilt, new booster, master, calipers and lines, the front calipers were replaced with Wilwood calipers and pads. The engine is a 4.2 from an E-type as is the 4 speed all syncro trany. The engine and trany were completely rebuilt. It has 2 HD8 carbs with electric choke.The engine has a newer style electronic ignition system. Aluminum radiator with a flex fan and an electric fan on the front. A new alternator was installed. The starter is a gear reduction starter. A power steering rack from a later model Jaguar was installed as a kit. The wiring harness was replaced with a proper cloth harness. The headlights and driving lights are halogen. The original tool kit is in the trunk. I have a new headliner and seals in the box that will go with the car when sold. This is a great touring or rally car, very dependable, very quick.

www.ebay.com/itm/Jaguar-Other-/172022127340
Current bid US $10,000 reserve not met 1 bid 6 days left in auction buy it now price $49,500. Seller euautoworksmn, 33k miles. Car now said to be in Stillwater, Minnesota.

Sellers description:
A gorgeous and particularly restored 1967 Jaguar MK2. Final year for the model.

British Racing Green bare metal respray in lacquer wrapped over new Black leather and Wilton carpets. The wood has been refinished to a high standard as can be seen in the photos. The car has also been modernized for the comfort, convenience and safety of the owner. Power steering and air conditioning have been retrofitted as well as a Retrosound Radio. The ignition is electronically controlled meaning no more points or pickup wear components and 3 point seat belts are also installed. The cooling system has been completely restored with all new components including an aluminum radiator and a pusher fan which also functions when the A/C is on .So no more overheating of the car or you on the worst days of the summer. The engine has been rebuilt and upgraded internally as well to include Rally cams, upgraded pistons, increased compression and ported/polished head with 2" HD8 SU carburetors fitted to a polished intake. The exhaust is new and Stainless. To handle these upgrades the brakes have also been modernized with a fresh set of Wilwood calipers. This MK2 actually delivers the performance in going, steering and stopping that Jaguar promised all along. A wonderful classic to take on vintage rallies or weekend drives.

The transmission shifts as smooth as silk with no crunching, synchro issues or whines. Cruising at freeway speeds is effortless and without mechanical fault. To pass on the road simply roll the throttle on without downshifting and the I6 pulls the car past swiftly and without effort. Steering is tight, responsive and precise. All in all this is the ultimate expression of what the MK2 could be while still retaining the classic look and charm of the original.
