Sellers description:
1953 Jaguar MK vii. This is an original, rust free, black plate California car. We hate to sell, but circumstances require it. I bought it from a collector about a year ago. It has all the receipts and records dating back for years. I have about $25,000 in receipts for the rebuilt engine, transmission, brakes, exhaust, tires, etc. It does need upholstery work. The rear seat has no rips or tears, but the front seats do. The door panels are ruff. The headliner and interior wood are very good. The body is excellent! It doesn't even have surface rust on the underside, but there is slight bubbling on the passenger side rocker panel. It is solid. The driver's door needs some adjustment to close easier. All the glass is good. There is only minor pitting on some of the chrome. It has not been driven for the last three years, but was driven weekly before that. I put some gas in the carbs and jump started it. It is currently stored in my enclosed trailer.
