Up for auction on Facebook in Newfane NY, which is near Ransomville.
Showing 9602 miles, parked on stands in a barn since 1964, wheels turn, motor turns with the crank. No pictures of the engine or trunk but they say there are some tools with it.
Seats done in the Mark V style as were some late Mark IVs, color looks like pigskin but it could be tan, as they are similar in photos.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
