Auction description:
This barn find example was discovered by the current owner a few years ago, having been with one Adelaide owner since 1949. The car was regularly driven until 1966 then stored in his garage for many years. Importantly, the car remains largely sound, complete with all fittings and was gently recommissioned by the current owner so that it now runs and drives. A set of 5 brand new tyres is included with the car along with a toolkit. An ideal candidate for preservation, the Jaguar must be one of the last unrestored Mark IVs left in Australia.
