Ebay item 2/4/11 cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Jaguar-Series-1-1962-Jaguar-Mark-10-48K-original-miles-1 ...
Car has a buy it now price of $19,500 for 6 days.
Sellers description:
1962 Jaguar Mark 10, which I bought from the original owner (I have all the paperwork to prove that), who drove the car from 1962 until 1972 (the last year sticker on the original black and gold California plates) at which point the car had 48,000 miles on it and it remained parked in his barn until last summer (2010) when I purchased the vehicle and spent the summer getting it running and installed a new water pump, rebuilt carbs, new generator and negative-ground voltage regulator, rebuilt the front brakes and re-cored the radiator. It needs a general restoration like new paint, interior work and rear brakes rebuilt, but it has virtually no rust anywhere, has never been wrecked, and would be what professional car restorers call an "easy restoration". This is the first year model of this series, and has the original 3.8L engine with automatic transmission, making this a very rare version of the MK10 series. I am asking $19,500 or best offer, and would consider another interesting vehicle as a part-trade towards this classic old Jag.
