Older restoration

Nice history folder

This 1966 Jaguar MkII 2.4, with manual overdrive, is an older restoration that was restored in c.1994 with a print-out of images to show this, as well as invoices from Ken Bell in 1998, for an engine rebuild. Fitted with a Moss manual overdrive gearbox, the MkII was running and driving well at the time of consignment. Worthy of a refresh once more, due to displaying signs of its age, the wood trim would also benefit from some restoration work, however, it is in good useable condition and could be improved over time and would make a fantastic project for an enthusiast. There is a folder of paperwork which includes old MOTs, a Heritage Certificate and some handbooks, along with the images and invoices.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
